When it comes to cleansing, avoid harsh soaps and products that may strip your skin of its natural oils. Avoid washing your face in scalding hot water, as this will also dry out your skin and strip it of natural oils. Lukewarm water is best. Drinking plenty of water helps to plump up your skin and allows your body to expel toxins. Aim to consume at least 2L of water daily to keep your skin looking radiant and hydrated.
